  • 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen berries (any kind)
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk OR almond milk (light) OR soy milk (light)
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract



  1.  Place berries, yogurt, orange juice, milk, wheat germ, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
