Timothy McCormick, DO, is a UW Health anesthesiologist and the medical director of perioperative services and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health where he also serves as the division chief of adult multispecialty anesthesia and associate vice chair of clinical faculty development.

Dr. McCormick provides pain relief to patients across a wide range of surgical specialties. He also provides anesthesia for a number of non-OR procedures such as interventional radiology, gastroenterology and brachytherapy. Dr. McCormick is skilled in all forms of anesthetic medicine and treats patients of all ages, but primarily provides anesthesia care to adults.

Dr. McCormick ensures the highest level of care for all patients through the entire surgical process. He uses a multidisciplinary approach that is patient-centered and fully integrated with other specialists to deliver positive recovery outcomes.

In his free time, Dr. McCormick enjoys watching and playing sports with his family.
