Thomas Pasic, MD, FACS, is a UW Health otolaryngologist — or ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor — and a faculty member in the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He provides medical and surgical treatment to children and adults who have a range of conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat.  Dr. Pasic specializes in nose and sinus problems such as sinus infections and sinus polyps. He performs minimally invasive ENT surgical procedures such as endoscopic sinus surgery for patients of all ages. He also commonly cares for children who have large tonsils, ear infections, large adenoids and sinus infections.   Dr. Pasic takes a patient-centered approach to care. He believes in shared decision-making throughout a patient’s care journey, particularly when it comes to deciding whether surgery is the right choice. He listens to his patients’ concerns and considers their values and goals when determining care. What I enjoy the most about my job is the connections I form with my patients.
