Tania Weber, NP

About

Tania Weber, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in cardiovascular medicine. She cares for people who experience symptoms of lightheadedness or fainting. Her patients are at high risk for falls, or they have already fallen.

Tania investigates potential reasons for her patients’ fainting and falling. These issues may include sudden blood pressure drops, irregular heartbeat, sudden stress, pain, low blood sugar, dehydration or something else.

When meeting with patients, Tania listens carefully to their concerns. She works to make accurate diagnoses by checking their symptoms, performing clinical exams and reviewing test results. Then, Tania takes time to teach her patients about their medical conditions and explain their treatment options. Together, they create personalized care plans to reduce their risk of fainting and falling in the future.

During her free time, Tania enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking and exploring Madison.

We don’t use one-size-fits-all treatments. Instead, we create personalized care plans that our patients can understand and follow.
