Saurabh Rajguru, MD

About

Saurabh Rajguru, MD, is a UW Health hematologist and medical oncologist and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology and Palliative Care at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Rajguru provides care for patients with a range of hematology (blood) conditions.

Dr. Rajguru diagnoses and treats blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma, and noncancerous blood disorders such as blood clots and bleeding disorders. His clinical and research focus is on malignant hematology — specifically, lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).

With an emphasis on shared decision-making, Dr. Rajguru works with his patients to design personalized care plans. He partners with patients throughout their health journey, building trust by listening to their concerns, educating them about their conditions and guiding them through their treatment options.

In addition to his clinical and teaching roles, Dr. Rajguru is a clinical investigator, conducting research to improve outcomes for lymphoma and CLL patients. He believes that the access to clinical trials and cutting-edge treatments available at UW Health gives his patients a significant advantage.

Outside of work, Dr. Rajguru enjoys traveling with his family. As a Chicago native, he also enjoys cheering on all Chicago sports teams.

My job is to be your guide, your partner and your resource.
