About

Molly Lepic, DO, is a UW Health obstetrician and gynecologist and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Lepic provides a full range of women’s health and reproductive services through all stages of life — from menarche (first period) through menopause.

In addition to providing pregnancy care and delivering babies, Dr. Lepic’s services include postpartum care, birth control, hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause and menopause care. She also performs cancer screening breast exams and pap smears.

Dr. Lepic enjoys developing relationships with her patients. Her care philosophy is based on shared decision-making and goal setting. She believes that starts with active listening and building trust. For every patient, Dr. Lepic wants them to feel informed about their health and feel confident with the care they receive.

In her free time, Dr. Lepic enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her family and dog.

Shared decision-making lets us find unique solutions to fit each patient’s goals.
