In addition to his clinical and faculty roles, Dr. DeCamp conducts research to improve care and outcomes for patients with lung cancer, esophageal cancer and other conditions. Through clinical trials, he evaluates novel approaches in immunotherapy and targeted cancer therapies to determine the risks and rewards for individualized patient care.

In his free time, Dr. DeCamp enjoys learning about new and old-world wines, gardening and growing greenhouse vegetables and medicinal herbs.
