Dr. Williams attended medical school at Meharry Medical College, Nashville, TN, and completed her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, VA. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.


Dr. Williams has extensive experience caring for women of all ages. She is particularly skilled at managing symptoms of menopause and recently earned advanced certification from the North American Menopause Society.


Other clinical areas of particular interest to Dr. Williams include: abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, abnormal Pap smears, menopause and high risk pregnancy.
