About

Jeffrey Oryall is a UW Health physician assistant in orthopedic surgery. He specializes in caring for patients who need hip, knee or shoulder replacements.

Jeff assists with joint replacement surgeries and provides inpatient and outpatient care for patients before and after surgery. He also provides nonsurgical treatment such as injections for pain management.

When treating patients, Jeff considers how their pain affects their daily life. His primary concern is keeping patients safe from falls and developing treatment plans to reduce their pain and improve their mobility.

Communication is a very important part of Jeffrey’s job. He teaches patients about their conditions and discusses the options they have for pain relief. He explains procedures and what to expect during recovery so they are prepared and can make informed decisions about their care.

In addition to caring for patients, Jeffrey enjoys teaching and guiding the next generation of medical students and orthopedic residents.

Outside of the clinic, Jeffrey enjoys running, hiking and spending time with his grandchildren.

My goal is to help patients improve their mobility, decrease their dysfunction and be more active in the future.
