About

Erin Fouch, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Fouch provides primary care services for adults aged 18 and older.

In addition to performing routine physicals and providing preventive education and care, Dr. Fouch treats acute conditions ranging from muscle and joint injuries and sudden illnesses to chronic (long-term) disorders such as high blood pressure and diabetes. She also provides specialized women’s health care, treatment for substance abuse and addiction disorders and weight management education and care, including medical therapies for obesity.

Dr. Fouch’s goal is for every patient to live their healthiest and best lives — whatever that means for them. Whether they want to run a marathon or just play with their grandkids, she helps her patients stay as healthy and mobile as possible.

In her free time, Dr. Fouch enjoys spending time with her family and staying active — running, playing tennis and practicing yoga.

I love seeing patients over the long term and seeing them get better. When a patient I’ve treated asks me to care for their entire family, I know I’ve made a difference.
