Dr. Edward Lalik joined the Section of Hospital in the Department of Medicine as Clinical Assistant Professor in 2008 after practicing hospital medicine from 2004-2008 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Lalik received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating as a member of Psi Sigma Alpha, Iota Chapter, the National Osteopathic Scholastic Honor Society. He served his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
Dr. Lalik is an academic hospitalist at UWHC, following a transition year as a hospitalist in the Section’s LTAC affiliate. He is an active member of the Section of Hospital Medicine’s Clinical Care Committee as well as the Respiratory Therapy Committee. His areas of interest include patient satisfaction and quality improvement.
