Beatriz Folcik, PA

Beatriz Folcik, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant. She provides health care to patients of all ages. Beatriz cares for both sudden and chronic health concerns, including diabetes and high blood pressure. She removes moles and cares for fractures. She also provides women’s health care, including general care and Beatriz likes to involve the patient in decisions about their care. She provides the knowledge and support but understands that the patient makes the final decision. As she makes recommendations for her patients, she also considers any family members or others who may provide support for the patient at home.

She says that the most rewarding part of caring for people is when she sees a patient outside the clinic and they express their appreciation for the treatment they received.

In her free time, Beatriz enjoys gardening, biking and spending time outdoors with her kids.

My hope for my patients is that they make good decisions about their health, they trust us to provide quality care and that they get healthier.
