Summer Class Registration Starts May 18
Summer is a great time to mix it up, have some fun, and try something new. This should apply to your exercise program too. Have you considered one of our group exercise classes? They may be the perfect opportunity to give something new a try!
Summer is the perfect time for a lot of reasons:
- The summer season is shorter (full session only runs 10 weeks)
- Many classes have vacancies due to participants not enrolling in order to exercise and/or compete outdoors
- Longer days mean that early morning and early evening classes start and finish in the daylight (always motivating)
- Plus everyone around here is always in a good mood
Seriously, consider complimenting your active summer physical activity routine by trying something new. It’s the perfect time to do it and you might just discover a new fitness favorite!
