Online Registration 2.0
Thank you to all of our summer class program registrants. We appreciate all who used the new online registration tool and provided invaluable feedback about the system.
Our summer class participants have received an email invitation to take a survey about their registration experience. We appreciate all of your feedback and are working hard to keep improving our system.
Remember the “Why?”
Simple, fast, and convenient class registration is our goal. For many of you our initial release of online class registration did just this – great! There were some technical glitches that prevented seamless online registration for some of our summer class registrants. Our development team and internal registration staff have been working to identify and correct those glitches to prepare the system for the upcoming fall registration period.
Starting Monday, August 5, class participants eligible for early registration will receive an email invitation to register. A simple single click will take you to your specific early registration form. As before, you will confirm the registration information is correct and proceed to the online payment.
Credit card is still the only available payment method for online registration. Personal checks or cash payments will be accepted at the front desk, and facility credits or coupons will also need to be processed in person at the front desk. To avoid potential lines at the front desk, paper registration forms will be available for anyone who prefers in-person service.
We encourage individuals who are paying by check or applying credit or coupons to fill out one of these forms (available at the front desk and from your instructor). Please return it with your payment any time during Early Registration (August 5-11).
Following the Early Registration period, all classes with vacancies will open for anyone to register. Go to uwhealth.org/classes to register during Open Registration. Once again, thank you for your feedback, helpful suggestions, and patience during our early and open registration periods.
