Tell Us What You Think

The Sports Medicine Fitness Center is excited to introduce some new classes this fall. Our regular line-up of popular classes will be back for another season, but this fall we’ll be adding a handful of new land and aquatics classes as well.

Most of these new offerings are shorter in length than our full Fall season (which is 16 weeks this year) which make them ideal for “kicking the tires” and giving them a try! Who knows? One of these could be the perfect complement to your current exercise routine or offer you a new spark to take your fitness to the next level!

Land-Based Classes

Strength and Flexibility (chair based)

  • Class Time: Mondays, 12:30-1:15pm
  • Dates: September 16-October 21 (6 weeks)
  • Instructor: Alicia Wright

Strengthening is an important component to any fitness program, but often traditional strength classes require too much endurance, or balance, for those with mobility issues. This chair-based class will allow you to explore and improve your movement, strength, and stability at a pace that feels safe and challenging.
