Face it. The Holidays are a stressful time for all of us. Amongst all the joy and chaos of the season most of us are guilty of taking a little less care of ourselves than we should. Holiday Indoor Cycling Boot Camp Blast is a convenient and efficient early morning class that will get your day (and your Holiday Season) off to the perfect start!


What are the Classes Like?

Holiday Indoor Cycling Boot Camp Blast will challenge you with aerobic, strength, and movement activities providing an efficient and well-rounded workout. The class begins with 30+ minutes of moderate to vigorous (self-selected, your choice) indoor cycling. The second half of class will be strength, balance, and movement challenges using dozens of the modalities and fitness props we have available. No two classes will look alike but you can be sure that each and every one will be a fun and productive hour well spent.
