More About Our Swim Clinics

During the clinics our Masters Swim coaches will focus on the freestyle stroke for intermediate to advanced level swimmers - anyone who competes in triathlons, biathlons or other events with swimming. But the clinics will be beneficial for anyone who swims for fitness, as well.

During these one-hour participatory sessions, the swim coaches will take an in-depth look at the freestyle stroke, and impart techniques and skills to improve and reduce competitive swimming times. The goal of these clinics is to help you swim further and faster, more easily, without working harder.

"Small improvements in your stroke technique will yield significant improvements in your performance," says instructor Katrina Suddard-Caulfield. "In other words, you will likely be swimming faster with the same effort, so your performance will improve."
