6-8:30 p.m. - UW Health Women and Children's Hospital
The Childbirth Education classes are a series of three stand-alone classes. Participants will learn strategies for success and help you learn what to expect during this time. These classes are helpful to relive anxiety brought on by the unknowns of the childbirth experience.
Participants can attend one or all three classes. New parents and those who would like a refresher or to learn CPR for friends and family should attend all three classes.
Classes are held every month on Tuesdays from 6-8:30 p.m. in the Schwartz Auditorium at the Women and Children's Hospital, 1350 Charles Street, Rockford, Ill.
Classes are taught by registered nurses, board certified lactation consultants and respiratory therapists.
Participants are encouraged to bring a support person to class.
