Brian and Jessica Ripp are once again teaming up with the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation (GLHF) to raise money and awareness for hemophilia, a genetic disorder that significantly reduces the clotting ability of blood.
Both the Ripp's son Dean, and his cousin Owen Brabender, suffer from this condition and benefit from GLHF's resources and support. Countless others in the Great Lakes area rely on donations from these events to advocate for the advancement of reserach towards finding a cure.
This year's event includes a silent auction, various activity stations for kids and an outdoor movie on the patio, which will be moved indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate.
