Eat, compete and feel the heat at the hottest event of the season. Sign up today for your chance to win big with your chili recipe, and give back to melanoma cancer research at the UW Carbone Cancer Center. The top three chili recipes win $300, $200 and $100 (winner's purse based on 30 chili entries, and more entries mean bigger prizes). There will also be a 50/50 raffle and a bags tournament.


Taking On Melanoma is dedicated in honor and loving memory of Thomas W. Keel Jr. Tom was diagnosed with advanced melanoma with only a short window of survival. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 29.


Taking On Melanoma is a non-profit foundation with a mission is to raise support for lifesaving melanoma research, to promote awareness of the dangers of melanoma skin cancer, and to increase education on early detection, prevention and to provide easily accessible melanoma resources for patients, survivors and caregivers within our community.
