Pete Newcomer, MD, is an internal medicine doctor at UW Health where he also serves as senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Dr. Newcomer provides preventive care and treats complex medical problems in adult patients. His main interest is primary care and keeping his patients as healthy as possible.

Dr. Newcomer’s main goals for his patients are to prevent disease and make them healthier.

The most rewarding thing about my job is learning from my patients. They teach me every day about how to be a better person, how to raise a family and how to live a fulfilling life.
