Dr. Laura Bozzuto is a clinical assistant professor with a joint appointment with in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Division of Academic Specialists in Ob-Gyn and the Department of Surgery Division of Surgical Oncology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and is a member of the UW Health Breast Center.

She completed her MS in Clinical and Health Service Research from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, Hanover, NH, and earned her medical degree from Geisel School of Medicine, Hanover, NH, followed by a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC. Dr. Bozzuto is also a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.

Dr. Bozzuto specializes in breast surgical oncology and provides a wide range of services including axillary lymph node dissection, core needle biopsy, lumpectomy or mastectomy, nipple-sparing breast surgery and minimally invasive surgery of the breast. Her research interests include breast cancer survivorship, patient reported outcomes and healthcare variation.
