About

Carolyn Lee, LCSW, is a clinical social worker at UW Health. She works with adults dealing with many mental health conditions, including anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Carolyn has expertise in various behavioral health therapies, and has specialized training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy to manage PTSD and trauma response symptoms.

Carolyn’s approach to mental health care is holistic. She believes addressing patients’ emotional and psychological well-being is just as important as their physical health. This philosophy is what motivated her to specialize in psychology and social work.

Outside the office, Carolyn enjoys spending time with family outdoors, attending live music shows and traveling.

There is great joy in helping others see themselves in new ways. It opens up exciting possibilities for a richer and fuller life.
