Treating Sepsis

  • Tue, April 27, 2021
    6-7pm

Online WebEx hosted by Emergency Education Center

Sepsis kills 270,000 Americans each year. Sepsis is the body’s overwhelming and life-threatening response to an infection, leading to tissue damage, organ failure, and often death.

Please join Dr. Michael Lohmeier from UW Health's Emergency Department, to discuss common presentations, EMS provider treatments, and case reviews in sepsis.

The event is free, and CEUs will be provided for EMS providers.
