Ketogenic Diet Recipes: Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

 

Ingredients: 

  • 10 TBS pumpkin puree (100 percent pure pumpkin)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 TBS heavy whipping cream
  • 15 drops liquid Stevia

Directions:

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat everything together until fluffy.
  2. Divide into 12 dishes and chill before serving.

 

Makes 12 servings (2 ½ TBS each)
