Ketogenic Diet Recipes: Mustard Cream Gravy

 

Mustard Cream Gravy

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Pinch coarse salt and ground black pepper

Directions: 

 

In a small saucepan, whisk together Dijon, thyme, butter, heavy cream and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes, until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring regularly.

 

Serves 4 (¼ cup per serving)
