About University Health Care, Inc.

University Health Care, Inc. (UHC), is the entrepreneurial arm of UW Health. A not-for-profit membership corporation, UHC serves as a network development vehicle by developing regional programs and clinical centers, and developing business relationships with other health care providers.

UHC's regional outreach programs bring the services of UW Health to key communities and enhance relationships with regional physicians and other health care providers. These services include on-site clinical consultations, a physician liaison program, outreach continuing education and other hospital and clinical affiliations.

Our services benefit both patients and health care professionals.

Provider Relations Coordinator

An advocate for referring providers

The Provider Relations Coordinator is a hospital based advocate for referring providers, their staff, referral coordinators and health plan staff.

The Provider Relations Coordinator is available to assist you with:

  • Information about UW Health providers, specialty clinics, procedures and any information needed to access the services available

  • Assistance with navigation and maneuvering UW Health services

  • Assistance with referrals

  • Assistance with communication and access issues

  • Special inquiries regarding service

  • Providing clinical reports

  • Assistance with special problems and complaint resolution

  • Providing resource information such as provider directories, contact numbers
