The UW Health Women's Pelvic Wellness Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin, was designed with the patient experience in mind and offers accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment options in a single location, bringing UW Health specialists to patients to provide seamless, patient-centered and compassionate care.
 
Patients will have the opportunity to see specialists who are fellowship trained and board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. Physical therapists, gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons might also be seen depending on your condition and treatment plan.
 
 
Dr. Brown is a member of the

UW Ob-Gyn Division of Gynecology, specializing in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She completed her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, San Diego, in June 2013 and received her Masters in Advanced Studies degree in March 2013 from the same institution. Dr. Giles is Chief of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in the UW Ob-Gyn Division of Gynecology. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed his fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and at Mayo Clinic

Dr. McAchran is the Medical Director of the Women's Pelvic Wellness program. She joined the UW Department of Urology in 2008 after completing a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Glickman Urological Institute.
