UW Health's bariatric surgery group offers a free quarterly newsletter to patients and prospective patients.
To sign up for our free quarterly newsletter, please send an e-mail to bariatric@surgery.wisc.edu and include the following information:
- Name and mailing address
- Phone number
- Whether you are (1) interested in surgery at UW Health and plan on attending a seminar, (2) do not plan on having surgery at UW Health, (3) have already had surgery at UW Health, and/or (4) have already had surgery at another facility
