To access your Benefit Summary go to Employee Self Service.
If you would like to view your Benefit Summary from home visit www.uwhealth.org/homeaccess. Use your network username and password to log in and select Self Service, Benefits, then Benefits Summary. To keep your personal information secure, always remember to log out after viewing any self-service transaction.
