The University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, the state's only comprehensive cancer center, sees over 100 new patients a year with pancreatic cancer. Patients are seen in our multidisciplinary clinic by a team of surgeons, radiologists, medical oncologist and radiation oncologists who specialize in pancreatic cancer.
Surgery to remove the pancreas or part of the pancreas may be recommended by our surgical oncologists. Pancreatic surgery is a complex procedure.
