The Head and Neck Cancer Program at the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, the state's only comprehensive cancer center, sees more than 500 patients a year with head and neck cancers.
Head and Neck Cancer at the UW Carbone Cancer Center
Patients are seen by a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists including otolaryngology, radiation oncology, medical oncology, speech-language pathology, dentistry, and neuroradiology. Our program also includes a highly skilled supportive staff including audiologists, voice and swallow specialists, nutritionists, pain specialists and a nurse coordinator.
Our specialists treat patients with cancers of the head and neck including:
