Requesting biospecimen samples that require clinical information beyond tissue type and diagnosis, and IRB approval has already been obtained.
Biospecimen Request without IRB approval
Requesting biospecimen samples that require clinical information beyond tissue type and diagnosis, and IRB approval has NOT already been obtained.
Please Note: The TSB BioBank does not currently distribute paraffin embedded tissue samples. Please direct paraffin embed tissue requests to the Director of Surgical Pathology.
