General Information
Course Location
All oncology nursing courses are held at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, 600 Highland Avenue, Madison.
Parking
Participants are able to park in the UW Hospital and Clinic's parking ramp. The cost for parking is included in your registration fee.
Educational Materials
Handouts, binders, folders, books and other supplies are covered by the registration fee.
Meals
Lunch is not provided.
Participant Comfort
Maintaining a temperature that is ideal for all participants can be difficult; we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to wear during the program if needed.
Fees
There is NO charge for UW Hospital and Clinics employees to attend these classes. Employees of UW Health affiliates should call Education and Development for the amount of the fee. Fees for external attendees are shown on the Registration Form.
Registration, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
Complete the Registration Form. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and completed registration form for those registrations received at least 10 days prior to the selected program.
Cancellations initiated by the participant must be received by the UWHC Education and Development for Nursing and Patient Care Services within 10 business days of the scheduled program or the participant will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee, which will be subtracted from the total cost of the program.
