University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, the state's only comprehensive cancer center, sees nearly 250 new patients a year with colorectal cancers who benefit from our advanced diagnosis and treatment techniques.
Patients are seen in our multidisciplinary clinic by a team of healthcare providers including surgeons, radiologists, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists who specialize in colon and rectal cancer. Our team may recommend a variety of diagnostic procedures and treatment, including unique treatments available to patients whose cancer has spread to the liver. Patients may also be eligible to participate in a clinical trial offering state-of-the art treatment.
