Urologic Oncology

UW Health Urology has collaborated successfully with the UW Carbone Cancer Center for more than 25 years. In addition to countless research trials and laboratory investigations, we provide comprehensive surgical management for all patients with prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular cancer, and other malignancies of the genitourinary tract.

UW Health Urology has a strong national reputation for clinical care in all urologic cancers, as well as a longstanding history in investigative science in the major urologic cancers. Members of the department work together and with other departments towards the same goal: curing urologic disease.

Bladder Cancer

Treatments

• Cystectomy, partial cystectomy and robotic cystectomy
• Cysview Blue Light Cystoscopy for Detection of Bladder Cancer

Kidney Cancer

Our multidisciplinary team sees more than 150 new kidney cancer patients a year.

Penile Cancer

Prostate Cancer

Our urologists, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists see over 350 new prostate cancer patients a year, offering patients innovative techniques in prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Testicular Cancer

Patients are seen by urologists, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists who work together to offer aggressive treatment for men with testicular cancer.
