As part of the UW Hospital and Clinics academic medical center the UW Health Transplant Program has gained international recognition for leadership in organ preservation, transplant surgery and care of transplant patients.
The UW Health Transplant Program strives to provide superior communication, education and support to referring providers. The goal of the program is to work in a collaborative effort to provide extraordinary transplant patient care.

Transplant Program Education and Outreach
The UW Health Transplant Program provides referring provider education programs to provider groups, dialysis centers and professional organizations around the Midwest. The transplant team can provide an educational or outreach program topic of interest to you.
