The UW Health Transplant Program is located at UW Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. Travel to Madison is accessible via several easy-to-navigate, two-lane thoroughfares including: Highway 90 from the Chicago/Rockford area, Highway 94 from the Milwaukee area, Highway 151 from the Dubuque area and Highways 90/94 from the northwest area of Wisconsin. The Transplant Clinic is conveniently located near the front entrance of the hospital, just after you pass through the UW Health Clinics entrance.
