Speed and Agility Camps

For: Middle school and high school athletes.

Goals: These camps offer athletes a unique opportunity to improve their athletic speed and multidirectional quickness using the most current performance training modalities. The include a combination of plyometric, speed, agility and strength training.

Athletes will undergo a video analysis of their jumping, landing, cutting and acceleration technique. This video is used to critique the athlete's movement skill and allows our coaches the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility technique.
