Strength training for youth athletes is not only safe but creates a foundation of athleticism. Our staff of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® will coach each athlete in proper lower-body (squat) and upper-body (press and pull) strength exercises in addition to a variety of athletic strength movements.
This one-day clinic will emphasize advanced strength training for athletes. Our staff of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® will coach each athlete in the use of Olympic-style lifts like the hang clean and DB split jerk. In addition to these exercises, the athletes will learn a variety of advanced athletic strength movements.
Power is the essence of sports. In all team sports, power is the name of the game. Using a variety of training techniques, our coaches will teach you how to generate more upper- and lower-body power and be the most explosive athlete you can be.
Agility is a complex set of skills. Learn how to develop on-field change of direction quickness, acceleration and deceleration in this one-day agility clinic. Participants will be instructed on proper deceleration and acceleration techniques as well as learn proper landing mechanics to reduce the risk of lower body injury.
Speed is a skill. Our staff of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® will teach you how to develop explosive linear speed and acceleration. From sprinting technique to improving power and strength, each participant will learn what it takes to gain game-breaking speed. |
