Soccer playerUW Health Sports Medicine's SportCare is a streamlined program to provide injured athletes with quick access to assessment and treatment.
 
How does SportCare work?
 
SportCare allows injured athletes to be seen by a UW Health Sports Medicine physician soon after the athlete sustains a sports injury.
 
Our fellowship trained sports medicine physicians and surgeons are the team physicians for UW Badger athletes so they understand the need for Football playerathletes to receive efficient and effective assessment and management of their injuries.

  1. Call the UW Health Sports Medicine Clinic at (608) 263-8850.
  2. Indicate that you need a SportCare appointment.
  3. Bring any X-ray, MRI, CT studies or other pertinent reports to your SportCare appointment.
