Power2 Athletic Performance Total Performance Training pyramidThe Power2 Athletic Training Total Performance Package offers athletes a systematic and progressive off-season approach in developing strength, speed and sport conditioning.
 
This 20-week program is designed to establish athleticism with a base of explosive strength and prepare you for your best season ever.
 
Training Philosophy
  • Sport: The Power Sports series will help you further enhance athletic speed, agility, power and strength directed specifically for the kinematics of your sport.
  • Speed: Speed is a skill. Multidirectional speed, quickness and agility are the keys to athletic speed. Learn how to move with lightning quickness.
  • Strength: Strength is the foundation of sports. Developing explosive, athletic strength will create a base of athletic ability and build your skills to a new level.

Total Performance Training options are below. The $199 per month fee (five total months) covers all three phases of the session - 18 Strength and Power sessions, 12 Speed and Agility sessions and 16 Power Sports sessions.
