Total Performance Training Results
The Power2 Athletic Training Total Performance Package offers athletes a systematic and progressive off-season approach in developing strength, speed and sport conditioning.
Results
If you give 100 percent, we'll give you 110 percent. Athletes enrolled in as few as 12 training sessions can increase their athletic ability more than 10 percent, as shown.

Average improvements include:
- Vertical jump (power): 2.5 inches
- 20-yard shuttle (agility): .3 seconds
- 10-yard sprint: .2 seconds
- 40-yard sprint: .3 seconds
Rating
Each athlete receives a personal Athletic Performance Index developed by the Power2 staff. The index grades each athlete on the four pillars of athletic performance: speed acceleration, power and agility. Athletes can easily be shown their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the areas where they made the greatest gains.
