Team Training
UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Team Training Program is designed to deliver the most current, scientifically-supported performance training in a safe, challenging and rewarding training environment.
For: High school, middle school and club athletic teams
Goals: Teams that utilize the Team Training Program will notice improvements in power, speed, acceleration, quickness and strength.
The coach and athletic performance coordinator will create a program designed to address the specific needs of the team and individual athletes based on the following factors:
