UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Strength and Power program is designed to increase strength and power by learning or perfecting strength training techniques.
For: High school and college athletes.
Goals: Train under the guidance of our experienced, degreed and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists®. This program is for any athlete desiring to improve their athletic ability through better strength and explosiveness.
