Speed and Agility
UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Speed and Agility program is for athletes who are looking to increase their acceleration, deceleration, first-step quickness and overall athletic speed.
We offer two sets of speed and agility sessions - camps and 90-minute sessions:
The speed and agility camps offer athletes a unique opportunity to improve their athletic speed and multidirectional quickness using the most current training modalities and techniques. The training includess a combination of plyometric, speed, change-of-direction and deceleration drills and exercises.

The focus is on learning proper movement techniques that reduce the risk of injury and promote better athletic performance through multidirectional speed, strength and balance.
