Power Sports
UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Power Sports program is a multidirectional training program designed to challenge even the most accomplished adult athletes.
For: Athletes 19 years and older.
Goals: These 60-minute training programs focus on multidirectional agility, power, quickness and strength. Athletes will participate in plyometric and strength training sessions using free weights and explosive movement lifts.
