UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Power Softball program will help you start the softball season with more speed, agility and power.For: Athletes 13- to 18-years-old.
Goals: Power Softball is designed to improve defensive agility, bat speed and arm strength through a comprehensive performance training program.

Annual Training Plan for Softball
The UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Power program can help softball players improve their power, agility and speed throughout the whole year, whether in-season or off-season. The table below details our year-round training plan.
