Power2 Athletic Performance Power Baseball
ProgramUW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Power Baseball program is designed to help high school athletes get around the bases, cover more ground and hit with more power.
 
 
 For: Athletes 13- to 18-years-old
 
Goals:  This performance program can help you increase your bat speed and strengthen your upper and lower body to help you perform on the field. Power Baseball will also develop your core muscles and improve your rotator cuff strength, allowing you to play stronger, longer.

Annual Training Plan for Baseball
 
The UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Power program can help baseball players improve their strength and speed throughout the whole year, whether in-season or off-season. The table below details our year-round training plan.
