Individual Training
UW Health Sports Medicine's Power2 Athletic Performance Individual Training Program is designed to address the needs of any athlete looking to improve their ability.
For: Athletes of all ages; individuals and small groups of up to five people practicing a common sport
Goals: All athletes will undergo a personal interview to establish goals and objectives for their individualized training program. After completing a movement screen, and appropriate performance evaluations, the athlete will work under the direct supervision of a degreed and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
